04.Returns

JanSport.co.nz is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased online, please return it to us in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. We will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid.  Refunds can take up to two working weeks once the item has been returned to us.

JanSport.co.nz does not offer replacements or refunds on store purchases. All returns, refunds and warranty claims for JanSport backpacks purchased in store need to go through that same retailer.

Only FULL PRICED items can be returned or exchanged.
